Purchase and personalization policies

At Kmelia Digital Invitations, we want your experience to be clear, organized and special from the beginning. Before purchasing, please review what your invitation includes, which features depend on each collection and which elements are not editable.

1. Selected design

Each invitation is sold according to the design shown on our website. The base price applies to the catalog model, not to a new design or redesigned version.

2. Included personalization

Included personalization applies to the event information: names, date, time, venue, address, reception details, dress code, RSVP and other text details required by the selected design.

3. Non-editable design

Colors, backgrounds, illustrations, dolls, dresses, flowers, decorative elements, layout, visual style and design composition are not editable. Kmelia personalizes the event information, but does not make color changes or visual modifications to the selected design.

4. Additional features

Features such as music, location, RSVP, gallery, links or interactive buttons depend on the package and format of the selected design. If a feature is not included, it must be requested before purchase to confirm if it is possible and whether an additional fee applies.

5. Magazine Collection

The Magazine Collection has a special format with a digital magazine-style effect. For this reason, it is not delivered as a traditional interactive PDF with active buttons, since its main value is the magazine-style visual experience. Features, delivery format and functions are explained according to each design.

Package-specific features

Basic $19: basic text personalization. Interactive features are not included and must be requested before purchase.

Elegant $29: text personalization according to the design. Additional features only if the format allows it and after prior confirmation.

Premium $39: text and event detail personalization. Included features depend on the published design.

VIP $49: a more complete experience according to the selected design. Features not shown are reviewed before purchase and may have an additional fee.

Signature $69: animated invitation or special experience. Extras are subject to the design format.

Magazine $89–$129: digital magazine-style format. It does not automatically include interactive PDF, RSVP, music, location or gallery; features depend on the design and prior consultation.

6. Draft review

After receiving your complete information, we will prepare a draft for review. The client is responsible for carefully checking names, date, time, address, text, links and all event details before approving the final delivery.

7. Revisions after review

Included revisions apply only to text or event information corrections. Color, style, image, illustration, dress, background, flower, layout or visual composition changes are not included revisions.

8. Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the invitation type, availability, amount of information received and level of personalization. The estimated delivery time will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Express service is also available, subject to availability and additional cost.
